Since a little girl, I've always found myself being the person that people want to confide in. I have found such a sense of fulfillment in my own life. I also enjoy writing about my passions, what interests me, what interests other people, and sharing it with the world. I love to share all of the wisdom and knowledge that I have accumulated from my own experiences! With each passing day I aim to teach and to help more and more people everyday."

She has degrees and training in Management, Psychology, Mental Health, Nutrition, Nursing, Marketing, Holistic Therapy, Aroma Therapy, Mindfulness and Meditation Coaching, and Web Design. She has also obtain a Doctorate degree in Theology.
